The DPC Intranet, DPC Tracker, and How to Change Your Passwords

This tutorial will explain the DPC structure, its tools (Intranet and Tracker), and how to log into the system and change your password. The DPC website, https://www.diversityprogramconsortum.org, is a portal where you can learn more about the program and access its tools- the Intranet, and the Tracker. The Intranet and Tracker are two separate tools, and users have two separate accounts on each. This may lead to problems logging into the tools if each account has different passwords. If you encounter this, we recommend changing your passwords on the systems to the same password. Changing your password can be accomplished by clicking on the 'reset your password' link on the log in page. Clicking on this link will send you an email. Open your email, and look for a message from diversitysupport@diversityprogramconsortium.org. The email will contain a link that will allow you to reset your password. Type in your new password, confirm, and click the update button. Your password will be reset and you will be allowed access to the tool. After changing your password, return to the log in screen. Enter in your new password to log in.
