How to Access Your BUILD Tracker Reports

You have access to reports that provide insights into BUILD program activities, their participants, and summaries. After logging into the system, click on the 'reports’ link. You’ll see tabs for 'activities sessions' and 'participants.' At this time, Please remember that the report information initially lists information from the past 4 months. Please use the date range filter to select from the time period that you need.

Accessing Your Reports: The Process, Step-by-Step

  1. Log into the system.
  2. Click on 'Reports' in the navigation menu.
  3. Find the report you would like to access using the tabs.
  4. Use the filters at the top to select the date range that you desire.
  5. Click on the 'Export to Excel' button.
  6. The report will download to your desktop.

Tips for Accessing Your Reports

  • Please make sure you enter in a date range for your reports, using the From and To date pickers above each report table, and click the Search button.
  • Currently, There are 3 reports under the 'Activities Sessions' and 'Participants' tabs. Stay tuned, as more reports will be added in the future.
