TERMS OF USE

The use of this information system is restricted to authorized members of the NIH Diversity Consortium. Use of the system is for the express purpose of capturing the variety of educational innovations being implemented at each the "BUilding Infrastructure Leading to Diversity" (BUILD) program sites and supporting the systematic longitudinal collection of data to document effects. This system was developed at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine and is operating with approval from the UCLA Office of Human Research Protection Program (IRB#15-000490 and IRB#15-000090).

Privacy:

The Diversity Program Consortium collects information to improve functionality and content and to monitor performance. Data is used to help answer specific questions about the usage and performance of the web site or individual web pages. From registered users we collect first and last name, email address, and role title within the BUILD program. 

Other Information We Collect 

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website. In this context, you remain anonymous as an individual. We may collect and report to the funding agency aggregate statistics about our website users, traffic patterns, and related site information. These statistics do not include any information that allows for identification of an individual in any manner.
